Traditionally trained by Rowley Leigh in Kensington Place, Rogerio followed him to Cafe Anglais where he embraced modern British cooking. He is passionate about locally produced and simply prepared fresh food. His motto is "Give the customers what they want, good honest food served with perfection".

Carl Brodie

The intrepid and personable Carl has a life time of experience in the hospitality game. A career that has seen him work as both chef, waiter and manager in restaurants, bars & bistros in California & Boston, Liverpool & London as well as a stint in the boutique Il Mijorn Hotel in the bohemian Campos region of Majorca. A real character with a passion for customer service, he is a keen singer songwriter too - heaven help us!

Riley

Resident Rascal

Resident four legged friend and nuisance, Riley can't wait to get his teeth into anything and everything, from ball to shoe or sausage to steak - all are fair game. He's a real terrier when dealing with issues and has been a pioneer in ensuring dogs are welcome at the Terrace, though we know his bark is most certainly worse than his bite...
